Welcome to Space Place Yoga

Following its origins thousands of years ago in Northern India, Yoga has constantly evolved and expanded. It is a philosophy of living, as well as a practice involving mind, body, breath and sound. By cultivating a non-judgemental awareness of the mind and body, we find our inner guide to peace of mind, unique to each individual.

In my Yoga classes, we aim to release unnecessary tension in the body using subtle movements, building dynamically and playfully to classic Yoga postures. We cultivate balance, strength, and fluidity in movement, as well as breath-awareness and deep relaxation. All ages and levels of fitness welcome!
